ME News report: On April 9 (UTC+8), the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament issued a statement saying that three key provisions in the 10-Point Proposal had been violated before negotiations even began. Including: 1. Failure to comply with the clause in the 10-Point Proposal regarding a ceasefire in Lebanon— the Pakistani Prime Minister has explicitly mentioned and claimed that this is an “immediate, comprehensive ceasefire in all places, including Lebanon and other regions”; 2. An invading drone entered Iranian airspace and was destroyed in Rar City, Fars Province, which clearly violates the clause prohibiting any further infringement of Iranian airspace; 3. Denial of Iran’s rights to enriched uranium, which is included in Article 6 of the framework. Now, the “practical and feasible conditions” that were supposed to serve as the basis for negotiations have been openly and explicitly sabotaged— and even before negotiations started. Under these circumstances, it is unreasonable to implement a bilateral ceasefire or carry out negotiations. (Jin10) (Source: ODAILY)
