AIMPACT News, May 3 (UTC+8): Cerebras ($CBRS) is now listed on Hyperliquid for Pre-IPO perpetual contract (IPOP) trading. The current price is about $300 per share, corresponding to a valuation of about $85 billion. On May 1, Bloomberg reported that Cerebras plans to raise up to $4 billion in its IPO, with a valuation of about 40 billion yuan. Traders on Hyperliquid are pricing the IPOP at about twice the target price reported by banks, doubling the originally planned valuation for this IPOP. Analysts believe that if the company successfully goes public, it could become one of the most watched IPO events in the AI chip sector in 2026. Cerebras focuses on ultra-large-scale AI chip design, and its WSE series processors have a competitive advantage in computing density.
