I've been deliberately slowing down my airdrop interactions lately; taking it slow actually keeps my mindset more stable.

L2 projects are constantly arguing over TPS, fees, and subsidies, which looks like they're just urging you to rush and do a quick round, or you'll "miss out for a lifetime"...
But honestly, the more anxious you are, the easier it is to get rekt: signing a bunch of permissions for unknown projects, entering strange frontends, jumping between chains and turning yourself into an ATM.

Here are a few simple tricks I use now: only interact with protocols I understand, with small amounts so losing them doesn't hurt; revoke permissions after use, even if it costs a bit more gas; for new chains and bridges, observe for a few days first, check for weird delays or reorganizations (my paranoia is incurable).
When I really feel FOMO, I remind myself: slow down, there are plenty of opportunities, and I only have this one wallet.
That's it for now.
