Recently, I've come across a bunch of social mining and points tasks again, and as I keep clicking, I start to question life. As for badges, getting them feels great at first, but the next day it’s like nothing happened, and instead it wastes my time. My approach is still old-fashioned: first ask myself if I can use this identity in the future; if not, just pass by and don't force yourself to be active.

Coincidentally, that main public chain is about to upgrade and maintain, and everyone in the group is guessing whether the ecosystem will migrate. I actually think that the more nodes there are, the more you shouldn’t recklessly cross-chain or authorize just to “show presence.” If you don’t get the points, you might as well give away your wallet permissions first. To put it simply, the compound interest isn’t in badges, but in the small actions you can keep doing consistently. Take it slow, don’t hurt yourself.
