⭐Bitcoin Trading Strategy Update for May 2nd
💕Market Analysis:
BTC has two main possible paths ahead.
First: Break through 79,500 and continue pushing higher.
If, on the 4-hour chart, volume expands and the price can hold above 79,500, this rebound is likely to stay strong. The upside will most likely test the previous high, roughly in the 80,600–81,100 area.
From the current volume, price action, and indicators, the low-level rebound is seeing increased volume. MACD is recovering, and RSI has also returned to a relatively strong zone, so the first scenario currently has a higher probability.
Second: A failed breakout above 79,500, following the “Zou Daoshi 123” rule.
If the price keeps failing to break through near 79,500, and over the next couple of days it continues to move sideways while weakening, then be careful about the other situation—namely the Zou Daoshi 123 rule.
At present, the BTC 4-hour chart has already met the first two steps:
1. Broke below the original 4-hour uptrend line
2. Retest hit trendline resistance
But the third step has not been confirmed yet.
For the third step to be confirmed, the price must not make a new high, and then later break below the previous low of 75,000.
If 75,000 is effectively broken, based on an equal-distance decline estimate, the downside target would likely be around 70,500.
💕Trading Plan:
If the 4-hour chart shows expanded volume and holds above 79,500, continue to look for a short-term push higher, targeting 80,700–81,100 first.
If 79,500 still can’t be broken, and later the price breaks below 75,000, be on guard for the 4-hour structure confirming a turn to weakness; then look for around 70,500 on the downside.
✍️Key Levels:
Support: 75,000 / 70,500
Resistance: 79,500 / 80,600 / 81,100
Core Idea:
BTC is currently at a critical decision point; the key level to focus on is 79,500. If it holds above 79,500, continue to look for a push higher. If it cannot hold and then breaks below 75,000, once the Zou Daoshi 123 structure is confirmed, the downside target will be around 70,500.#BTC #ETH #DOGE #SOL #XRP
