Lately, I've been a bit overwhelmed by macro monitoring... When interest rates go up, everyone talks about "long-term," but in practice, they still reduce their positions. Risk appetite propagates faster than news. Honestly, my current position is just about whether I can sleep at night: if I can't, I reduce a bit; if I can, I leave it as is, slowly reviewing old protocols like archaeology.
Those large on-chain transfers are also quite funny. Just now, I saw a transfer of 4,800 ETH from 0x7a…c1e to a hot wallet, and the comment section immediately said "smart money is coming / leaving." Anyway, I don't really believe in this stuff—one movement between hot and cold wallets can be interpreted in ten different ways. What really influences my actions are still the US dollar interest rates and liquidity tightness: no water, no narrative. That's all for now.
