ME News, on April 8 (UTC+8), Yi Lihua, founder of Liquid Capital (formerly LD Capital), announced the launch of the AI fund OpenX Labs, focusing on investing in and collaborating on AI projects.

Yi Lihua said, “I used to think that first-tier investment opportunities were gone—but now I’ve corrected that idea. The golden age of first-tier investment is here. The AI era has given top founders a tremendous opportunity: with just a few people, you can take on what would otherwise require thousands of troops. No need for the hassle of management, hiring, salaries, or finding clients. As long as you have ideas and a strategy, in the AI era, startups stand on the same starting line as all mid-sized enterprises. I hope that in the time ahead, I can learn alongside excellent AI founders during the allocation of first-tier investments. I’m willing to assist excellent AI projects with no return expected. You can contact me anytime. AI has also given me the opportunity and drive for a second entrepreneurial venture.”
