Today, I checked on-chain data again and it “lagged” a bit. At first, I thought my internet was bad, but after refreshing a few more times, it gradually caught up. To be honest, a lot of data doesn’t jump directly from the chain to your eyes; it has to go through indexers/subgraphs and other “organizers,” plus sometimes RPC rate limits. If you send requests too frequently, it will put you in a queue… Just now, I made a small transfer of 0.03 USDT, and the page was spinning for about 7 seconds. My mood almost got affected.

Recently, I’ve been discussing the tightening and loosening of taxes and compliance in a certain region. It seems everyone’s expectations for deposits and withdrawals are becoming more sensitive: the more uncertain, the more eager to confirm “has it arrived” or “is it recorded,” resulting in everyone hitting the same API endpoints, which makes it easier to get stuck. Anyway, I’ve gotten used to it now—when I see delays, I wait first, instead of immediately suspecting I made a mistake. That’s all for now.
