Recently, there has been a surge of social mining, points, and badges. As I keep browsing, it makes people feel like they are clocking in at work... To be honest, badges are not even my assets; they are just a bookkeeping method of the platform. When new L1/L2 layers launch incentives, they immediately attract TVL. Old users complain about "mining, selling, and withdrawing," which I can also understand—who doesn't want to recover their costs first?

I now set a simple rule for myself: spend no more than 20 minutes a day on "completing tasks." If it exceeds, I stop. Better to have fewer points than to drain my attention. Anyway, I don't really know how much it will actually give back in the end. The identity narrative sounds quite high-level, but in practice, it’s a bit like using my time to fill in their data. For now, that’s it. I’ll keep tracking my stablecoin interest rate.
