Recently, a bunch of new L1/L2 incentives have been launched, and everyone in the group is showing off their interaction lists.

I’m basically no longer chasing “full coverage” now; I’m not afraid of missing out, but of being counter-rolled: spending a lot of gas, leaving a trail of addresses, and in the end, not gaining anything and exposing my privacy.
Honestly, I just interact a little in scenarios I can actually use, like cross-chain swaps, token exchanges, or staking some liquidity—do it casually, keep a record, clear out permissions, and use one or two dedicated addresses for these activities, don’t mix them with the main wallet.

Seeing old users complain about “mining, farming, and selling,” I can understand—many incentives are just to boost TVL, and once the hype dies down, everyone disperses.
Anyway, I’ve set a personal limit: no more than twice a week to mess around, and if I go over, I stop. I’d rather miss out than let my emotions lead me astray…
But honestly, I still get a little itchy when I see others “hit the jackpot” again. Sigh, for now, I’ll just hold back.
