These days, I see a bunch of people watching large on-chain transfers and moving funds between exchange hot and cold wallets, then starting to interpret "smart money is coming / about to run"... Honestly, I find it pretty tiring, just like following gossip in the crypto community—more information, more sleepless nights.

Grid/DCA strategies are more like giving yourself a reason not to watch the market closely; whether you make money or not, putting that aside for now keeps your mindset more stable. Making a quick trade is fun, but the thrill of it comes with the heartbeat of handling the pullback afterward, which I really can't handle well. After being in L2 for a long time, it's even more obvious: when transaction fees are low, you're more likely to get itchy fingers and make random moves, and in the end, you're only torturing yourself.

Anyway, my current standard for choosing strategies is very simple: can I avoid repeatedly refreshing the block explorer at night? You can trade actively, but don’t use other people's wallet movements as your sleeping pill. I don’t need to be understood, but I have to be responsible for my own sleep. That’s all for now.
