Don't let candlesticks move your heart
When the market rises, you think the bull market will last forever; when it falls, you feel it's about to zero out.
This isn't trading; it's your emotions being hijacked by the market trends.
1. First, admit: losses are part of trading
No one can be right on every trade. The difference between experts and rookies isn't win rate, but attitude towards losses.
Losing makes you want to recover immediately → heavy position, hold through, chase recklessly → mental breakdown → account also crashes.
Correct approach: treat losses as "business costs," stop-loss, then close the software and go drink a glass of water.
The market won't reward you just because you're miserable, but staying calm can help.
2. Don't always think "sell at the top, buy at the bottom"
That's something only gods can do. What you should do is enjoy the fish meat, leaving the tail and head for others.
Bottom fishing at the halfway point, escaping at the top halfway through—these are all normal.
Eat your own share, then don't regret.
3. The tighter you watch the chart, the more you miss
Checking the candlestick every minute, before the main force has finished shaking out, you'll just make yourself anxious.
Learn to place good orders, set proper stop-loss and take-profit, then step away and do other things.
The highest level of trading: your order is there, but your mind is elsewhere.
4. Don't retaliate just because you missed the move
Missing out doesn't lose money; reckless chasing does.
If you miss it, wait for the next opportunity—markets are never short of "opportunities," what’s lacking is your capital when they come.
5. Put "living longer" before "making quick money"
As long as you don't get wiped out, don't act impulsively, and don't go all-in, the market will always open its doors for you.
Slow is fast, steady is profitable.
Finally, I leave you with a saying:
Trading is like surfing, not about conquering the waves, but about learning to ride with the flow.
A calm heart makes the market smooth.
Wishing you no more hesitation on your next trade. $BTC $ETH #美国寻求战略比特币储备
