Survey: Over 66% of high-income American employees use AI at work

ME News Report, May 1st (UTC+8), according to a survey by the Federal Reserve, 66.3% of American employees earning over $200k annually have used AI tools for work in the past 12 months. Next are employees earning between $100k and $200k and those earning between $50k and $100k, accounting for 51.6% and 40.2%, respectively. In contrast, only 15.9% of Americans earning less than $50k annually used AI tools for work during the same period. Additionally, college graduates are more than twice as likely to use AI tools for work compared to those without a college education, at 58.7% versus 22.9%. The proportion of full-time employees using AI is nearly twice that of part-time employees, at 42.7% and 24.7%. Among employees who use AI, 68.0% of respondents say it makes their work easier, and 56.7% believe it enhances their productivity. (Source: BlockBeats)
