On May 1, Arbitrum DAO started voting on the release of stolen Ethereum that was frozen during the Kelp DAO theft incident. The proposal suggests setting up a multi-signature address, with signatories including Aave Labs, KelpDAO, Certora, and EtherFi. This address will be specifically used for recovery efforts after receiving the Ethereum frozen by Arbitrum. Currently, the proposal has a 100% approval rate, and voting will conclude at 2:54 AM Beijing time on May 8.
