Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 1st, according to official sources, Aave Labs, KelpDAO, LayerZero, EtherFi, Compound, and others submitted an Arbitrum constitutional-style AIP, proposing to release the 30,765.67 ETH previously frozen by the Arbitrum Security Council to the recovery address 0xf228…C15e for rsETH incident compensation and to restore its asset backing. The proposal states that the cross-chain rsETH incident caused a support gap of approximately 76,127 rsETH, and releasing funds will be incorporated into the coordinated recovery process. The proposal does not require additional treasury allocations, and the governance process is expected to take about 49 days.

Currently, the approval rate for this proposal is 100%, and voting will end at 2:54 AM Beijing time on May 8.
