Low cognitive state:

First, the expression system lacks constraints, prone to emotional output, saying whatever comes to mind, lacking structure and calibration;
Second, thinking shows extreme and absolutist tendencies, habitually understanding complex problems through binary frameworks like "right/wrong" or "good/bad";
Third, linear thinking and single attribution, simplifying the results of intertwined multiple factors into a single cause, thus ignoring systemic and environmental variables;
Fourth, a preference for definitive conclusions, pursuing the "only correct answer," and being less accepting of probabilistic and uncertain thinking, making it difficult to make decisions in ambiguous situations;
Fifth, remaining at a low level of diligence, merely repeating time and energy investment without effective review and reflection mechanisms, preventing experience from transforming into cognitive upgrades.
These characteristics, when combined, can make a person seem to be working hard, but their growth efficiency is long-term limited.
