ME News update: On April 14 (UTC+8), according to monitoring by 1M AI News, Tengfei Wang, Head of Tencent’s Hunyuan World Model Research, announced on X today that HunyuanWorld 2.0 will be released and open-sourced on April 15. The product is positioned as an “engine-ready” world model: input a picture and output a complete, editable 3D scene that can be directly used in game engines. Wang compared it with video generation models such as Genie3: the latter outputs videos, while HunyuanWorld outputs a 3D world that can be practically used and edited. (Source: BlockBeats)
