Just saw Papa John's is making some big leadership moves - Rob Lynch stepping down as CEO, which honestly caught me off guard. The CFO Ravi Thanawala is taking over as interim CEO to keep things running smoothly. Seems like Rob Lynch is sticking around in an advisory role for a bit to help with the transition, which is pretty standard for these situations.

What's interesting is they're still confident about their numbers for the year - talking $153-163 million in adjusted operating income. Plus they're expecting over 20% growth in new locations in North America, which is solid. Guess Rob Lynch leaving doesn't seem to be shaking investor confidence too much?

Wonder who they'll bring in permanently. Leadership shuffles like this can go either way - sometimes it's exactly what a company needs. Curious to see if this impacts their expansion plans or if it's just a natural transition. Anyone else following Papa John's closely?
