Just now, I got the itch again and wanted to chase a green candle (oh no, a red one), but before opening the candlestick chart, I asked myself: Did I see some new information, or am I simply being driven by the group’s “If you don’t buy now, you’ll miss out” sentiment? Honestly, if there was real information, I would check the chain, read the announcements, see if large amounts are moving back and forth on bridges; if it’s just my heartbeat racing, then it’s probably FOMO.
Recently, staking unlocks and token unlock calendars are being mentioned every day, and the anxiety about selling pressure is also growing, increasingly resembling that strange cycle of “everyone knows it will fall, so they want to rush in first”... My current approach is pretty timid: when I want to add to my position, I first cut my impulsive half in half, and then use the remaining half to confirm risk control, especially when crossing chains with large amounts, I dare not go in blindly. Let’s see.
