$ETH Evening outlook: It can’t go up, but it also can’t fall

The way “Er Bing” is moving right now is really annoying. If you say it wants to rise, the 2280 level overhead is pressed down so firmly that it barely even dares to test it. But if you say it’s going to break down, it’s just lingering around 2233 and not directly kneeling. It’s just this kind of slow, dragging grind.

So the thinking needs to be clear—don’t waste time getting stuck on it. Just watch which way it truly breaks:

· If it can show some backbone and, with volume, push past 2280, then that counts as the real deal—something you can finally breathe out. Once that breath comes, at least it can drift around the 2308 to 2342 area, and the prior slow sell-off can pause for now.
· On the other hand, if it’s not capable and it leaks 2233, then the previous low at 2218 will be as flimsy as paper—completely unreliable. Once 2218 is gone, you’ll directly look at the 2173 zone. When it reaches 2173, take a careful look to see whether there are signs it can’t go lower, and then think about where to get in.

Those in-between, neither up nor down, positions—like 2264—really aren’t meaningful. Just let it keep wobbling there. We’ll only focus on both ends: either it pops upward and we catch the hype; or it falls through downward and we give it a kick. As for the middle bouncing around—whoever wants to play, can play it. Anyway, I’m not playing.
