$ETH Evening outlook: It can’t push up, but it can’t fall down either
The way “Er Bing” is moving right now is pretty aggravating. If you say it wants to go up, that 2280 hurdle overhead is pressing down so tightly that it hardly dares to even test it. But if you say it’s about to break down, it’s still lingering around 2233 and not directly kneeling. It’s just this kind of slow, indecisive grind.
So the thinking needs to be clear—don’t keep wasting time on it. Just watch which way it truly breaks:
· If it can finally show some backbone and, with volume, push past 2280, then that counts as a real move—a “real man” moment—and it can finally breathe a bit. Once that momentum is there, it at least has room to drift around the 2308 to 2342 area, and the earlier grinding downtrend will temporarily pause.
· On the other hand, if it fails to perform and leaks 2233, then the previous low at 2218 will be as flimsy as paper—totally unreliable. Once 2218 is gone, then directly look to that 2173 level. When it gets to 2173, take a careful look at whether there are signs it can’t go lower—then figure out where to get in.
Those in-between positions, like 2264, really don’t mean much—just let it wobble there. We’re only watching the two ends: either it starts to push up—go ride the hype with it; or it breaks down and punches through—kick along with it. As for the middle dithering—whoever wants to play can play. Anyway, I’m not playing.
