Zhejiang Huaye: Invest no more than 1.8 million Singapore dollars to establish a Singapore subsidiary

Zhejiang Huaye Announcement, the company held a board meeting on April 21, 2026, to review and approve the proposal to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore. The new company will be named Hauyer Plastics Machinery (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., with a registered capital of 100k Singapore dollars, and a total investment not exceeding 1.8 million Singapore dollars or equivalent currencies. The purpose of the investment is to expand the Southeast Asian market and enhance the company’s brand influence in the international plastic machinery supporting industry. The new company will serve as a trade operation center radiating throughout Southeast Asia, mainly targeting end users in the Southeast Asian plastic products industry, providing sales, technical support, and after-sales services for core components such as injection molding machine screws, barrels, and other parts.
