CoinWorld News reports that the Cyberspace Administration of China recently issued a notice to deploy a four-month special campaign nationwide called "Clear and Bright: Rectifying Chaos in AI Applications," aimed at regulating AI services and applications, promoting healthy and orderly industry development, and safeguarding citizens' legal rights. This special campaign is divided into two phases: the first phase focuses on "Clear and Bright: Typical Violations in AI Application Services" and targets issues such as failure to fulfill registration obligations for large models and insufficient safety review capabilities; the second phase is "Clear and Bright: Rectifying Chaos in AI Information Content," focusing on the use of AI technology to generate false information, spread violent and vulgar content, and resolutely clean up illegal and harmful information, lawfully handle violations involving accounts, MCN organizations, and website platforms.
