I'm now checking whether the project is working seriously, rather than focusing on the coin price first. I just go look at how they are spending their treasury: whether the money is continuously allocated to development, auditing, infrastructure—things that are not glamorous but necessary—or whether they are just doing market promotion, various events, and KOL campaigns every now and then. The milestones are the same; honestly, don't just look at the PPT, see if the deliverables are usable by people, whether the reasons for delays are clearly explained, and if bugs are reviewed after fixing.



Recently, that mainstream public chain is about to upgrade, and everyone in the group is guessing whether the ecosystem will move. I think, if they really migrate, it’s no big deal; the key is whether the team has prepared in advance, whether the communication rhythm is steady, or if they’re just scrambling at the last minute.

After lowering my goals, I actually persisted longer: I don’t aim to catch every narrative, as long as I do a few less impulsive actions each month, and I can still understand what the project is doing when I wake up, that’s enough. Let’s start with this.
