4.30 Crude Oil Market Outlook by Shiyuan

International oil prices surged sharply, driven by concerns over US-Iran tensions and shipping routes, with Brent and WTI crude rising over 7% in a single day, continuing to climb the next day.

Peripheral markets collectively declined, US stocks showed weakness, European stocks closed lower across the board, Asia-Pacific and Hong Kong stocks also fell simultaneously, and global risk appetite cooled.

The A-shares market defied the trend with an independent performance, with the Shanghai Composite fluctuating narrowly and holding steady at 4,111 points, and the STAR Market 50 surging 4.71% at midday, breaking through a key resistance level.

The core of the sector explosion was Cambrian's Q1 report greatly exceeding expectations, with revenue and net profit doubling year-on-year, driving a significant stock price increase and sector rally, with stocks like Core Microelectronics also surging simultaneously.

Be alert to high-level risks: leading tech innovation stocks still have high valuations, some expectations have been priced in due to previous gains, and there is increased divergence in funds, with a clear trend of switching between high and low.

In the future, avoid blindly chasing high-value themes; focus on low-priced, undervalued, and steadily performing stocks, and optimize positions to hedge against short-term pullback risks.
