Recently reviewing a DAO proposal for a certain protocol, on the surface it says "incentivize community participation," but in reality, it's about concentrating voting power in fewer addresses: such as delegation thresholds, who receives voting rewards, whether rewards are based on "number of votes" or "voting weight," these small details are the true power structure. To put it plainly, they give you some candy to vote, but the steering wheel might have already been welded shut.
Also, now AI Agents and automated trading systems are being included in proposals, often saying "automating on-chain interactions to improve efficiency." I don't oppose it, but security and permission management shouldn't be taken lightly: can the contract be stopped at any time, how are keys managed, who takes responsibility if something goes wrong—if it's not clearly written in the proposal, I won't consider it… Anyway, before I vote, I will first fill out those three lines: "where the money comes from, where the liquidity exits, who ultimately benefits."
