Bright Smart Securities & Futures stated that this acquisition will accelerate digital transformation and upgrading. They also pledged to ensure stable operations and strictly follow regulatory requirements in both Mainland China and Hong Kong. Bright Smart also responded to market rumors: “The company mainly serves local clients in Hong Kong and will not expand brokerage services to Mainland Chinese clients.
