An Ethereum ICO participant moved about 10,000 ETH worth about $23.1 million to a new wallet after more than 10 years of dormancy. Etherscan data cited by multiple analysts tied the transfer to an address that received the coins on July 30, 2015, while the reason for the move was unclear.
