KyberSwap experienced a severe "Re-entrancy Attack" on November 23, 2023, resulting in a loss of about $47 million from its liquidity pools. Although the official team has repeatedly attempted to communicate with the attacker on-chain and offered bounties to recover the funds, the attacker remained firm and made extreme demands.
