Highly sensitive individuals: Those who are naturally emotionally delicate and perceptive tend to be more easily affected by external stimuli, and in the early stages may appear fragile, internally conflicted, or even out of place; but precisely because they have a deep awareness of their inner world, once they undergo self-exploration and integration (also known as "awakening"), they are more likely to understand the subconscious, see through their true motives and those of others, thereby gaining greater psychological resilience and insight. In other words, high sensitivity is not a weakness, but a skill that has yet to be mastered; when a person learns to coexist with it and integrate it, it can instead make them more clear-headed and stronger.
