The key to eliminating internal friction lies in cultivating a decisive mindset: when faced with a problem, first ask yourself, will this matter be a life-or-death situation? If not, just go ahead and do it. Hesitating repeatedly will only cause you to miss the opportunities that rightfully belong to you. Many times, your hesitation isn't because the matter itself is difficult, but because your consciousness and subconscious are pulling in opposite directions—one being trapped by imagined future risks, the other being held back by shadows of past experiences. The fears you project outward often stem from unresolved internal conflicts, such as wanting to pursue perfection while doubting your own adequacy, falling into a cycle of "trying hard but being timid." What you truly fear isn't failure, but that your less-than-ideal self will be seen. Only by facing and accepting these conflicts, and learning to manage inner unease, can you stop consuming your present self with imagined fears and truly gain the freedom to act.
