Adult temper tantrums can generally be divided into unintentional and intentional types: unintentional ones mostly stem from poor emotional regulation or instinctive venting under stress, and do not necessarily aim to control others; intentional ones are more like a strategy, using emotional pressure to make the other party concede and achieve their own goals.

The key to judging whether this behavior is harmful is not simply distinguishing between good and bad people, but whether it becomes a long-term, stable pattern, and whether it causes ongoing harm to others, especially in close relationships.
This type of emotional pressure is more likely to accumulate and have an impact, so extra vigilance is required.
