Just saw someone else using “on-chain yields” to compare against RWA, or even U.S. Treasury yields. Honestly, the returns look pretty attractive, but the very first step is where things are easiest to go wrong.

Don’t screenshot your mnemonic phrases, and don’t store them in a cloud drive. If you really want a backup, be straightforward and write two copies offline—keep them separated. Also don’t be quick with signing authorizations; if I see pop-ups like “Unlimited Limit” or “Urgent Verification,” I just close the page…

Phishing sites are now made to look exactly like the official site—if the domain is off by even one letter, they can still fool people.

Anyway, here’s my own red line: don’t connect wallets to unknown links, and don’t click confirm on a signature request I don’t understand. I’d rather save a bit of interest than end up paying the principal as tuition later.

That’s it for now.
