These past couple of days, I've been watching the interest rate charts again, and the more I look, the more I feel that the macro approach really can be transmitted to my positions: when interest rates are high, stablecoins just lying around aren't too bad, so I'm more willing to hold back; once everyone's risk appetite returns and the group sentiment heats up, my hands start to itch, but I also split my positions first to avoid a wave of retracement breaking my mindset.

Seeing the cross-chain bridge being hacked again has become a bit exhausting... Now I have less and less interest in "speed," preferring to be slower and wait for confirmation. A few days ago, I also encountered abnormal oracle quotes, and that on-chain tacit understanding of "don't move yet, wait for the price feed to recover" feels quite real—basically, everyone is afraid of taking the blame.

I still believe, but only in the part I can control: don't get overly emotional, don't over-leverage, don't try to make back everything in one go. That's all for now.
