Lately, there's been a bit of information overload, with the group chat full of "Check this out" and "So-and-so said it's about to take off," and KOLs' long articles are like teasers for updates. To be honest, impulsively making purchases—whether from group messages or KOLs—won't help you confirm with a click; in the end, you're the one who takes the blame.

My current quick fix: when I see something I want to buy, I first pull up the image and look at the waveform to get a sense of the rhythm, then forcibly leave the screen for ten minutes. If I still want to buy after that, I only make a very small purchase as a "ticket fee," without adding more or chasing the price. Especially recently, the staking unlocks and token unlock calendar are being repeatedly mentioned every day, and the selling pressure anxiety spreads from one to ten to a hundred, making me more and more anxious... Anyway, I’d rather miss out than act at the emotional high point. That’s it for now.
