Recently, I’ve been obsessively grinding testnet points, mainly to practice my feel for it, but I accidentally started calculating "expectations," and something felt off...

My self-imposed stop-loss is pretty simple: time stop-loss + emotional stop-loss.
For example, today I spent an hour; if I go over, I stop;
once I start feeling unwilling, want to add more tasks, or open more accounts, I just stop and wait until tomorrow.
Honestly, the "profit" from testnets is often just about attention burning, similar to those social mining and fan token schemes recently:
you think you're mining, but actually, you're being mined.
Anyway, I’d rather take fewer points now than turn myself into a night-shift worker, because both my position and myself need sleep.
