AIMPACT News, April 28 (UTC+8), according to Dongcha Beating monitoring, OpenAI Codex project leader Thibault Sottiaux announced that all paid plan Codex rate limits have been reset, allowing users who have exhausted their current cycle quota to immediately regain available credits. He stated this was to celebrate “a good week,” encouraging everyone to “use GPT-5.5 more for coding,” while joking that resetting the rate limit “costs money.” GPT-5.5 launched Codex on April 23, covering four user tiers: Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise.
