I only have 4,000 coins, which I saved little by little from the exchange over more than half a year of my salary.

There’s no need for more than a thousand or a few thousand—there will be very few left in the future. The right to purchase a computing power unit should be driven by pi.

I've been mining for over six years, around 50k.

I’ve been mining for 5 years, and I’ve got 11,006 of them, but I didn’t run any nodes. I shared it with 19 people; now there are 9 people online. I don’t believe it anymore—no matter what I do, they don’t click/join/respond anymore. There’s nothing I can do; it looks like we’ll never get any connection with PI 😀

It took me four years to mine just over 10k, and I also set up nodes.
