Google Research Experiment Vantage: Using GenAI to Assess Future Skills like Collaboration

On April 14 (UTC+8), Google Research (GoogleResearch) recently shared its research experimental project Vantage, which is designed to use generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) to evaluate “future-oriented” skills, such as collaboration ability. A study conducted in collaboration with New York University found that this AI system can dynamically guide simulated conversations, and that its scoring results are comparable to those given by human experts.
