Today I got the itch again and wanted to buy, that phrase in my head "If I don't buy now, I'll miss out" is especially loud. Honestly, I would now pause for two minutes first and ask myself: Am I being driven by new information, or just pure emotion + FOMO? I also casually check the correlation matrix and recent drawdowns, and many times I can tell at a glance: it's just the market rallying together, I'm just jittering along.

Recently, when I see the chain gaming crowd talking about "economic model closed-loop," I think of the crashes where inflation spikes, studios enter the market, and the coin prices suddenly turn downward in a spiral... Not that it will definitely repeat, but I’m now more afraid that I haven’t seen the risks.

Anyway, lowering my expectations has actually made me feel more relaxed: not expecting to fully catch every market move, just reducing my insomnia counts is a win. That’s all for now.
