CryptoWorld News reports that Pi Network has confirmed its status as an official sponsor of Consensus 2026, with co-founders N and early investors Las Kokkalis and Chengdiao Fan scheduled to speak at the event in Miami on May 6 and May 7, respectively. The event is expected to attract over 20k attendees. Kokkalis will participate in a panel discussion titled “How to Prove You’re Human in an AI World (Without Revealing Personal Information),” while Fan will discuss “Aligning Web3, AI, and Blockchain for Practicality” at the conference on May 6. This sponsorship comes at a critical moment when Pi Network faces the requirement for all node operators to upgrade to Protocol 22 by April 27. Pi Network believes that its 18 million KYC-verified users, who utilize a mobile-first identity verification system, provide a structural solution to address the rapid growth of fake profiles generated in the AI era.
