The Nine Sets of Self-Inflicted Humiliation:

1. Trying to save your mother and change your father (taking their life problems as your own responsibility);
2. Buying others expensive things, but reluctant to use good ones yourself;
3. Obsessively playing the victim role, long-term self-pity and self-blame;
4. Wasting a lot of attention on unworthy people and bad affairs;
5. Using humble and flattering ways to seek others' approval;
6. Forcibly entering circles or relationships that are not suitable for you;
7. Long-term neglect of your own needs, lowering your sense of self-existence;
8. Spending a lot of time repeatedly analyzing toxic intimate relationships;
9. Failing to distinguish priorities, wasting on trivial matters, losing focus on key issues.
