1. No longer vent emotions on social media;
2. When encountering draining people, no longer argue about right or wrong;
3. Reduce the desire to explain when misunderstood;
4. Accept that relationships naturally fade and distance;
5. Gradually become emotionally desensitized to harsh comments;
6. Lower expectations and fantasies about others;
7. Emotional ups and downs no longer affect the basic rhythm of life;
8. Emotions exist, but no longer dominate behavioral choices;
9. Be able to calmly accept the departure and ending of important relationships;
10. Understand that most things in life are bearable, only life and death are irreversible, everything else is a process.
