Kelp said it is coordinating recovery efforts for rsETH holders after an initial 163,200 ETH shortfall, with about 89,500 ETH still outstanding. Kelp said it recovered about 43,000 ETH, and the Arbitrum Security Council secured 30,700 ETH. Mantle, EtherFi, Lido, and Golem committed a combined 43,500 ETH to help cover the gap.
