Abstract generation in progress

AIMPACT News, April 24 (UTC+8), AI compliance infrastructure startup Iridius completed $8.6 million in seed funding on April 24, led by Chalfen Ventures, with Osage Venture Partners, Accenture Ventures, and Rock Yard Ventures participating. The company is building a “compliance-by-design” enterprise AI platform, embedding compliance as executable logic into AI systems to enable continuous execution and automatic evidence generation throughout the lifecycle of regulated workflows. Iridius aims to complement rather than replace existing enterprise systems, helping highly regulated companies accelerate workflows, reduce verification costs, and maintain ongoing audit readiness. The team members come from Microsoft, AWS, and OpenAI, with extensive experience in global enterprise AI products and regulated environments. CEO Mike Kropp stated that the core reason AI cannot scale in regulated environments is that compliance is not embedded into the system’s operational mode, and the company is building infrastructure solutions to address this.
