ME News Report, April 7 (UTC+8), Gartner recently predicted that by 2030, spending on supply chain management software with Agentic AI capabilities will grow to $53 billion.
This growth is primarily driven by companies’ need to address increasingly complex global supply chain challenges, enhance resilience, and improve efficiency.
Agentic AI can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with systems, thereby optimizing key areas such as inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics coordination, and risk mitigation.
Gartner pointed out that although many current supply chain software solutions already incorporate basic AI features, over the next decade, advanced autonomous Agentic AI will become the mainstream investment focus, pushing supply chain operations toward greater automation and intelligence.
