ME News message, April 7 (UTC+8). Web3 security company CertiK announced the launch of the AI auditing tool AI Auditor, and simultaneously released a series of open-source integration solutions for AI development agents (AI Coding Agents). The system was originally built as an assistant tool for its internal security experts; after more than six months of validation in real-world scenarios, it is now officially released to the public. It is reported that in an assessment of 35 real Web3 security incidents in 2026 (test data not used in model training or knowledge base construction), CertiK AI Auditor precisely pinpointed the root causes behind 88.6% of the real vulnerabilities. Designed with an emphasis on a “high signal-to-noise ratio,” the system maintains strong detection capabilities while greatly reducing the noise from false alarms. With AI development tools and agents becoming standard equipment for Web3 development teams, the industry’s security protection logic is accelerating in its evolution—from “post-event detection” to “full-process embedding.” CertiK AI Auditor shifts traditional security audits, which were previously conducted independently in the later stages of a project, to be a continuously running auxiliary function integrated into the workflow; this enables developers to obtain on-chain security insights without switching environments and shortens response times to emerging threats. It is reported that AI Auditor has been incorporated into CertiK’s long-term AI business roadmap. CertiK said the team is currently developing more new features and plans to further integrate security capabilities into a wider range of developer tools, compliance processes, and institution-level monitoring systems.
