I just looked at the liquidation data from yesterday, and the entire market's closing volume within 24 hours reached $383 million. The bears were really hammered this time. Just from short positions, $256 million was closed, and long positions closed $127 million. It seems that those who were betting against the market lost the most. The liquidation situation for Bitcoin and Ethereum is also not optimistic; BTC saw liquidations of $194 million, and ETH had nearly $100 million in liquidations. A total of 87,431 people were forcibly liquidated within this 24-hour period. The most extreme case was on Hyperliquid's BTC-USD, where a single liquidation reached $13.33 million. Such large-scale liquidations are quite intimidating. It looks like recent market volatility has been quite significant, so friends using leverage should be careful.
