When I get the itch to chase a rally, I now pause for ten seconds first and ask myself: Is this increase in position because I truly have more information, or am I just being carried away by the market’s momentum? Honestly, emotional trading is the easiest way to get caught up; it feels great when entering, but during a pullback, I start looking for reasons.

Lately, I keep seeing large transfers on the blockchain and hot/cold wallet movements on exchanges being interpreted as “smart money” moves... I also get curious and take a quick look, but after seeing, I remind myself more: these signals often just amplify anxiety, they’re not meant for me to copy. Anyway, my usual approach remains the same: if I want to chase, I first split my position into smaller parts, trade in batches, set acceptable stop-loss levels, and only place orders when I can sleep well. That’s how I do it for now.
