Golden Finance reports that on April 23, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, a whale who had been dormant for 1.6 years has resumed buying, spending $7 million to purchase 3,000 ETH at an average price of $2,333.
Their wallet still holds 3 million USDC, and it is expected that they may continue to increase their ETH holdings.
